Terms of Service

Vitrum Labs · Last updated 15 July 2026

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of Project Scoping, the project-scoping service operated by Vitrum Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@vitrumlabs.com.

2. The service

Project Scoping is an AI-assisted conversation that helps you describe a project and turns it into a structured plan drawn from our service catalog. When you confirm, the plan is shared with our delivery team so they can follow up.

3. Estimates are indicative

Timelines and effort estimates shown in a plan are indicative only. They are not a quote, offer, or commitment to deliver at any price or date. Any engagement is subject to a separate, signed statement of work, which alone sets the binding scope, price and schedule.

4. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by an AI assistant and may be incomplete or inaccurate. A member of our team reviews every published plan before any engagement begins. Don't rely on the assistant's output as professional advice.

5. Your account

You must provide a genuine identity and keep access to your sign-in email secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, automated scraping, or attempts to disrupt the service.

6. Your content

You own the project information you share with us. You grant us a licence to process it — including via our AI and hosting providers — solely to provide the service: drafting your plan, resolving gaps, and handing it to our team. Don't share content you don't have the right to share.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to submit unlawful content, probe or overload our systems, or misrepresent who you are. We apply fair-usage limits per account; we'll tell you in the interface if you reach them.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features. Your sessions are saved so an interruption doesn't lose your plan.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the scoping tool, and our total liability in connection with it is limited to €100. Nothing limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.

10. Ending things

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time via privacy@vitrumlabs.com. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

11. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, with the Irish courts having jurisdiction. If we make material changes we'll notify you in the service before they take effect; continued use means acceptance.
