Discovery workshop
Facilitated workshop to define goals, users, success criteria, and technical feasibility before any design or build work.
What we build
A short, structured engagement that turns an idea or problem into a build-ready definition: who it's for, what success looks like, what to build first, and what to deliberately leave out. Most projects should start here — it de-risks everything that follows, and its outputs feed directly into design and development. If you already have a tight specification, it can be skipped.
What you get
- A facilitated discovery workshop, held with your team
- A written findings document covering goals and success criteria, personas, a prioritised feature list, feasibility of the shortlisted approach, and risks
How the work unfolds
- Run the discovery workshop
- Compile the findings into a build-ready definition
What shapes the price
Before you see a number, our scoping conversation asks:
- How many workshop sessions do you think we need — one focused day, or several across teams? Each extra session is facilitation, synthesis and follow-up.
