Admin & back-office tooling
The internal screens your team runs the business from — operator workflows, support views, moderation and audited admin actions.
What we build
Every product needs someone on the inside able to answer a customer, correct a record, or stop something going wrong — and doing that through a database client does not scale and is not safe. This builds the back-office your staff actually work in: the operator workflows, the support views that show one customer's whole story, moderation queues where content needs judgement, and admin actions that are permissioned and audited so you can see who changed what. Choose this when your team will spend real hours inside the system rather than only your customers. Revenue reporting lives with subscriptions & recurring billing.
What you get
- A documented operator workflow per agreed admin task
- Admin screens covering the agreed entity list, reachable by admins only
- A customer detail view showing one customer's account, payments and recent activity on one screen
- Every admin action permission-checked and written to an audit log, covered by a test
How the work unfolds
- Design the operator workflows
- Build the admin views and actions
- Enforce admin permissions and audit trails
- Add moderation and support queues
- Build operational reporting and exports
What shapes the price
Before you see a number, our scoping conversation asks:
- How many kinds of things do your staff need to manage — customers, orders, listings, that sort of thing? Each managed entity is its own screens, actions and permissions.
- Is there user-generated content that needs review or moderation queues? Moderation queues are a week-scale feature products without UGC don't need.
- Do staff need operational reports and CSV exports, or are the screens enough? Reporting and exports are their own build on top of the screens.
How an engagement starts
This work builds on Discovery workshop, so scope, boundaries and constraints are agreed before anything is built.
