Native Android application design

2.2–4.4 weeks typical Fixed quote after scoping

UX and interface design for a native Android app following Material Design, from wireframes to developer-ready designs.

What we build

The complete design of a native Android app before development begins: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and an interactive prototype you can put in front of real users — following Material Design so it feels genuinely at home on the platform. The handoff package is developer-ready, whether we build it or someone else does.

What you get

  • A user-flow map covering each journey in the agreed scope
  • Wireframes for each screen in the agreed screen list
  • High-fidelity designs for each screen in the agreed screen list
  • A design file organised for developer handoff, with named components and design tokens

How the work unfolds

  1. Design the user flows
  2. Produce wireframes for every screen
  3. Design high-fidelity screens to Material guidelines
  4. Build the interactive prototype
  5. Prepare the developer handoff package

What shapes the price

Before you see a number, our scoping conversation asks:

  • Roughly how many screens do you think the app needs? Beyond the first handful, each screen is its own high-fidelity design work.
  • Would you like a clickable prototype to try the design before anything is built? The prototype is up to three days of work, and some clients test with the hi-fi designs alone.

How an engagement starts

This work builds on Discovery workshop, so scope, boundaries and constraints are agreed before anything is built.
