What shapes the price

Before you see a number, our scoping conversation asks:

  • Will clients pay in one go, or in stages — a deposit up front with the balance later, or a payment plan? Installment scheduling with reconciliation is separate work from one-shot payment. A deposit up front implies a balance collected later — a brief that mentions deposits has already answered this question.
  • Does paying unlock ongoing access to something — premium features, content, membership? Server-side entitlement protection only exists when payment gates access.
